Robert Muggah
Robert Muggah is a co-founder and research director of the Igarapé Institute, a leading think and do tank in Brazil. He is also co-founder of the SecDev Group and SecDev Foundation, digital security and risk analysis groups with global reach. He is affiliated with Singularity University, the University of British Columbia, the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, the University of Oxford and the University of San Diego. He’s also given talks with TED, TED Global, the Web Summit and the World Economic Forum in Davos. He earned his PhD from the University of Oxford.
