Robert Muggah
Robert Muggah is a co-founder and research director of the Igarapé Institute, a leading think and do tank in Brazil. He is also co-founder of the SecDev Group and SecDev Foundation, digital security and risk analysis groups with global reach. He is affiliated with several universities, such as Princeton, Singularity, British Columbia, the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Oxford, and San Diego. He’s also given talks at TED, TED Global, the Web Summit, and the World Economic Forum in Davos. He holds a PhD from the University of Oxford.
