Brendan O'Boyle

Brendan O'Boyle is a senior editor at Americas Quarterly, where he writes about Latin American politics, produces the Americas Quarterly Podcast and manages the publication’s social media presence. Since joining AQ when it relaunched in 2015, he has reported on everything from Mauricio Macri’s reform efforts in Argentina and anti-LGBT politics in Colombia to student activism in Chile and urban renewal in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. Brendan has been featured as an expert on Latin American issues in various outlets, including The Washington Post, CNN, Televisa and El País.
